Applicant - The person who submitted the CV to Wotservice and whose details are set out within a CV
Client - The person, firm or company to whom the Services are provided by Wotservicejob
Contract - The contract for provision of the Services
CV - The curriculum vitae of an individuals education, training and employment experience which is provided to Wotservicejob for distribution to potential employers or their agents.
End Client - The person(s) firm or company to whom the Clients services are provided
Fees - The fees and charges payable by the Client as specified in the Contract
Wotservicejob - The domain name owned and used by Cast Recruitment Ltd.
Services - The service to be provided by Wotservicejob for the Client and referred to in these Conditions, the website registration form and order form.
Lineage Advertisement - Advertisements which contain text only and available online
Order Form - The order form as supplied by Wotservicejob
Term - The term of the contract as specified therein
Vacancy Week - A consecutive period of seven days during which an entry or advertisement is made available on the site.
Collection of information about you
Our aim is to offer you the best possible service. In order to do this, we require information from you. The type of information we require includes, for example, but is not limited to, your name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number and gender.
By obtaining this information we can customise our site for you and improve its usefulness to you. It can also help us to choose services we think will be of interest to you. You are permitted to remove your CV from the website at any time. We can also remove your CV from the Wotservicejob website at any time. If you should experience any problems in this regard, please let us know as soon as possible. However, you should be aware that an impersonator may have retained a copy of your CV in their own files or databases. We accept no responsibility for the retention, use or privacy of your CV in these circumstances.
We endeavour to ensure that your data is stored securely and to prevent unauthorised access. Although we have security measures in place to protect your information which we monitor regularly, because of the internet and its world-wide accessibility, we cannot guarantee that your information will remain at all times 100% secure. We therefore take no responsibility in relation to the secure storage of your personal information.
Your consent

Client's Obligations
The Client hereby undertakes and warrants to Wotservicejob that :
In relation to any Advertisement entry the Client enters into the Contract as a principal notwithstanding that the Client may be acting directly or indirectly for an end Client.
The reproduction and/or publication of the Advertisement entry by Wotservicejob will not breach any contract or infringe or violate any copyright, trade mark, or any other personal or proprietary right of any person or render Wotservicejob liable to any proceedings whatsoever.
Any information supplied by the Client is accurate, complete and true.
Any material or Advertisement complies with the requirements of all relevant legislation for the time being in force or applicable thereto in such jurisdiction as the material, Advertisement shall be made available.
Where the Client is an advertising agency it warrants that it is authorized by the End Client to place the Advertisement and carry out the promotion with Wotservicejob, and the Client will indemnify Wotservicejob against any claim arising from the publication or promotion thereof.
It will comply in all respects with all statutes, rules, regulations, codes of practice and legal requirements to which the Client is ordinarily subject in respect of its receipt and processing of CVs and related matters.
It will use all CVs supplied pursuant to the Contract for the sole purpose of endeavouring to locate suitable employment on behalf of Applicants.
It will ensure that it is registered under the Data Protection Act 1984(as amended) to the extent that it applies and complies with its obligations under that Act and any other legislation relating to data protection and privacy.
It will indemnify and keep Wotservicejob fully and effectually indemnified against costs, claims, damages, loss, expenses and liabilities incurred by Wotservicejob arising out of the Clients use of information on CVs and any breach of its obligations under these Conditions and the Contract.
Liability
We accept no liability for any loss (whether direct or indirect, for loss of business, revenue or profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or for any other indirect or consequential loss whatsoever) arising from your use of the site and we hereby exclude any such liability, whether in contract, tort (including for negligence) or otherwise. We hereby exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to this website and your use of it to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify us and keep us indemnified against all costs, expenses, claims, losses, liabilities or proceedings arising from use or misuse by you of this site.
You must notify us immediately if anyone makes or threatens to make any claim against you relating to your use of this site.
Indemnity
The Client hereby undertakes to Wotservicejob that it will, without prejudice to any other right of action which Wotservicejob may have, at all times keep Wotservicejob fully and effectively indemnified against any liability (which liability shall include, without limitation all losses, costs, claims, expenses, demands, actions, damages, legal and other professional expenses on a full indemnity basis) which Wotservicejob may incur as a result of any Advertisement, Slot or promotion, or by reason of breach or non-fulfilment of any of the Clients obligations in respect of these Conditions and the Contract.
General
The client shall not be entitled to assign the Contract nor any or all of its rights and obligations thereunder.
If any provision of these Conditions shall be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect any other provision which shall remain in full force and effect.
These Conditions and the Contract are the entire agreement between the Client and Wotservicejob in respect of the Services.
Any waiver by Wotservicejob shall not be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other promise and any delay shall not operate as a waiver by Wotservicejob.
If you have provided a password, you should ensure that it does not become public knowledge. If, for any reason, your password becomes public knowledge, please inform us by e-mail immediately. You may be required to change your password where we consider it relevant.
Our policy is to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 at all times and any subsequent legislation which governs the maintenance of privacy of your personal information. We also require third parties who offer services on this website to comply completely with relevant current and subsequent legislation.
The Wotservicejob website provides a number of links to other websites which are not operated by us or by companies associated with us. We cannot be held responsible for the use of any information about you which is collected as a result of your use of those websites and this Privacy Statement will not extend to any website operated by a third party other than Wotservicejob or its affiliate companies.
Law
These conditions are governed by English law and the client hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. This edition replaces all previous editions of these Conditions.
Changes to Terms and Conditions and Invalidity
These website terms and conditions may be changed by us at any time. You will be deemed to accept the terms and conditions (as amended) when you next use this site following any amendment.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
